"Paisa-Colombian-Fusion Dinner          Extravaganza"

            10+ COURSE DINNER MENU*

1.     Nasdaye (Welcome) with a chicken mousse Mariano’s (with a touch of Catalonia-middle east-Colombia).

2.     Veggies cake with a warm mustard vinaigrette and papaya BUDDHA’S HOSTEL mousseline.

3.     Martin CLIMENT’S Mango mega Ceviche Special.

4.     Buddha’s tomato. Organic tomato stuffed with Colombian cuajada cheese and topped with thyme and rosemary sauce.
5.     Pataconas el Buddha, with guiso and a tropical touch

6.     Mashed corn arepas with Colombian chicharron bacon.

7.     Buddha’s healthy Chowder. Wild Ahoyama (pumpkin) chowder with chunky beats.

8.     Farmer’s omelet el Buddha. Based on a very modern concept of the traditional Spanish omelet, but partially de-constructed as per World Best Chef Ferran Adria, recipe, but with Buddha’s Hostel resident Chef Joseph Romero Baseyevski and his son Mikhail.

9.     THE PLATE OF THE HOUSE. BUDDHA’S SPECIAL. Special “remake” of the Islamic SHAKRIEH (The grateful), Please read our blog explanation of what we do consider this the DISH of the BUDDHA HOSTEL to be. Basically made of minced beef and yogurt, but our chef has tropicalized it.
