  2. Mango ceviche with passion fruit marmalade
  3. Tropical tomato salad with warm yougurt.
  4. Patacon con queso crema y guiso. Traditional colombian green plantain waffle with cottage cheese and stewed veggies.
  5. Spanish farm omelete as per el Bulli recipe with an onion sauce.
  6. Pasta primavera tropical.
  7. Traditional Colombian deboned chicken (new age style)
  8. Ahoyama (pumkin) chouder.
  9. Colombian farm cheese plater with a duet of fresh berries compote.
  10. Steamed tropical fruits salad with creme brule (natillas)
